Movement is Medicine!

We are having a movement challenge for the month of September… Panther-style! The point is to have fun and believe in yourself! By moving well every day, you improve your overall health, prevent injury and disease, and feel better.

The Century Club challenge is this: Starting September 1st, perform 100 movements per day (“Strength Century”) or 100 movements within the month (“Cardio Century”). If you really want a challenge, do the “Double Century”! The strength movements are simple and can be done in partnership with any other activity or sport.

REMEMBER: Always be safe, and do not push through pain or hurt yourself. If you need help moving or have questions, call us! That’s why we are here.
