Panther Hybrid Programs –
Sports Performance & Online Coaching IN ONE
Been doing the same workout routine at the gym and ready to switch it up? Tired of generic workout DVDs or online performance programs that are not sport-specific? Panther Hybrid Programs are for you! We will customize a workout card/routine for you that utilizes the most innovative science-backed methods. You can choose up to 5 days on your card. Our coaches will teach you every movement, in detail, to ensure the most optimal execution of your program. Now you are ready to tackle your workouts with a sport-specific, customized plan. BUT our coaching doesn’t end here! You will have email and phone access to our coaches for any questions or concerns you might have for the duration of your program. Programs are designed to provide you with peak improvements for 4 – 12 weeks. If you have been training for a while, you may want us to change your routine/card after 6 weeks. If you like to really squeeze a program for all it’s worth, you can utilize it for the full 12 weeks. You choose! Come back in when you feel it’s time for a new one program.
In-Season Injury Prevention Program
What if there was a way to prevent overuse sports related injuries by up to 50%? Would you take action?
According to stopsportsinjuries.org, nearly 30 million children and adolescents participate in youth sports in the United States with 3.5 million, or nearly 12% of these athletes experiencing some sort of injury each season. Many adults think that more practice is the way to combat this issue. However, the statistics paint a much different picture. Of those 3.5 million injuries, nearly half are due to overuse related issues.
Therefore, we find that more work is not the answer. At Panther we set athletes up for success by following a strict Work + Rest=Success model. Along with teaching movement mechanics and working corrective exercises we also utilize regeneration sessions to reset athletes with a wide variety of recovery techniques. This allows for potent recovery and a decreased risk of injury due to overuse or fatigue.
With an In-Season Injury Prevention program, Panther will provide Full Functional Movement Screens for the entire team complete with corrective exercise programs they can do at home. Teams will also participate in an hour long regeneration sessions to be performed at Panther periodically throughout the season. Contact Us

RockTape Kinesology Taping

Functional Movement Screen
Put simply, the FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.
The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.
Exercise professionals monitor the FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual. Contact Us
Corrective Exercise Programs
Based on FMS results we can then prescribe an at-home exercise corrective program. 6-week access. You will have a login for your very own program with videos of all exercises, sets, reps, and how many times a week. We leave nothing to chance when it comes to your success! Contact Us
