Adult Fitness Classes
If you enjoy working out with others in a fun and engaging but challenging environment then our Adult Performance class is a perfect fit! Enjoy our 60-minute sessions that are focused on your overall wellbeing and health. That means that we address all aspects of human movement. We will be working on teaching your body how to move with efficiency and strength without pain. Everything from force production, strength, movement fundamentals, corrective exercises and energy systems development (cardio) is included. We are experts in progressions and regressions. If you are cleared to workout, we can modify any movement to fit your abilities. Groups at Panther are capped at 12 participants to ensure you receive the personalized attention you need. Be ready to learn because at Panther we don’t train, we coach!

Panther holds 6-week challenge classes to get you the best possible improvements in a 6-week time frame while introducing you to our training system. You will be given access to a Mobility program and Diet plan along with our training program that runs 3x/week on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays. Fat loss is a certainty, along with enhanced movement abilities, motor control development, improved mobility, getting stronger, and upgrading your engine with our Energy Systems Development that will have you not only keeping up but leading the pack. You will learn about how to train your body for your goals and your life as well as move and look better than ever before. Be ready to work hard in a fun and engaging environment that will have you sweating an wanting more!
